Ford Website/Navigation Refresh

I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to work in an amazing digital department at Team Detroit, working alongside some of Detroit’s best UX, strategist, creative directors, production artists, designers and copywriters. We were tasked with creating a new look for the website as well as an improved navigation tool. In doing so, we were able to create a better overall user experience when shopping for a new vehicle; which can often be overwhelming for the consumer who may find it difficult to simply locate basic product information up front, leaving the consumer lost and confused. We focused on bringing the basic knowledge to the forefront, allowing the consumer to find product stats more easily, thus leaving them less overwhelmed when following through on the transaction and feeling as if they have had a pleasant online shopping experience.
